The FlexBEAM may be used to target your lower legs and feet so you can:

  • prepare for exercise
  • enhance strength and endurance
  • support the body’s healing process if you have a lower leg issue or issues with your feet.

Preparing your lower legs and feet for exercise and fitness performance is important. Session A may help you do that.

That same session can support recent (less than 30 days) issues with your legs and feet.

If you want to improve the strength of your lower leg muscles and muscles in your feet, or to support ongoing (more than 30 days) issues use Session B.
